New Commission Questionnaire

Thank you so much for your interest in my work!

This short questionnaire is just to help us get the groundwork laid for your painting.  I'll ask all these questions when we sit down to talk/skype, but I'm a fairly visual person (artists, amIright?)  I may have additional questions, but this is just a good place to start.

Reminder: Specifics are a GOOD thing!  Please don't feel self-conscious or high maintenance or anything while answering.  A new painting is a complicated thing, and the more we communicate now the happier we'll both be with the final piece!  

First:  How much would you like to spend?

Second: About how big would you like the piece to be?

Third: Any major deadlines I should know about?  Is this a birthday, engagement, anniversary present?

Fourth: Do you have preferred style/artist that you're really drawn to?

Fifth:  What are some colors you like/hate?  Is your house decorated entirely in shades of pink? Are you really tired of everything being mint? Let me know and I can make sure the painting matches your aesthetic!

Sixth: What (if any) photos would you like me to work from? Am I copying a cherished photo, or are we going to take a new one just for this?  Do you have a single reference, or are there multiple things you'd like me to combine?  The sky is the limit here (I once did a drawing of a friend surfing on an American-Flag-Surfboard while highfiving Kurt Cobain.)
